A Windflower Welcome!

Windflower Bed and Breakfast is located in the heart of Matanuska Valley farm country. The peaks of the Talkeetna and Chugach ranges loom in the distance. Geese and cranes, on their annual migrations, stopover to feed in the fields nearby.

This is the Land of the Midnight Sun. You can watch it set from the patio next to the private entrance. The barbecue grill is also available. The entry is spacious with an ample closet and seating for changing footwear. Serve yourself breakfast in the common room or kick back and read a book there. Internet access is free. A DVD library, microwave popcorn, and board games are at your fingertips.

About Your Host

Barry is a 40 year resident of Alaska with family and grandchildren living in the area. He designed and built this home, is involved in the community and welcomes this opportunity to share with you the grandeur of the Greatland we call Alaska.
