Add $15 per guest after the first 2

There is a $40 one-time cleaning fee and a Borough-wide bed tax of 5% added to all stays.

RESERVATIONS
Call or text Barry at 907-982-5609 to check availability. You may reserve your stay with a deposit check in the mail (use "bill pay" on your bank's website). Balance is due in cash or check upon arrival. Please carefully read the cancellation policy below before making your reservation.

CANCELLATIONS
Your deposit becomes non-refundable 14 days before your stay. Alternatively, you may reschedule your stay to another date within the same calendar year.

HOUSE RULES
Guests under age 10 subject to prior approval. No pets are allowed. Smoking is permitted in the parking area. No canabis. Beer and wine allowed when consumed responsibly.

SELF CHECK-IN TIME is after 4:00 pm
SELF CHECK-OUT TIME is 11:00 am. Early check-in or later check-out times are sometimes possible if negotiated in advance.
